To coincide with the Portland Japanese Garden’s $33 million expansion opening, The Forest redesigned and launched their new website to better communicate their brand experience on an extensible, forward-thinking publishing platform.
The Forest was tasked with rebuilding The North Face’s CRM/Loyalty iPad application in order to create an easier-to-use, flexible, and automated system to be used at The North Face’s events that integrated with all of their CRM channels.
Pinehurst already had a great website, but they needed to make updates in order to handle changing business needs and visitor traffic. The Forest helped evolve several sections of the site to better meet their business goals and visitor objectives.
